To streamline access to trainings hosted in SharePoint, I developed a Power Automate solution that allows users to click on an image that directly links them to the training.

By leveraging SharePoint data, I created an Excel sheet that tracks user views. Using advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables, managers can filter by their name to see which of their employees have completed each training.
